Making a Purchase:   We have tried to make purchasing from us as simple as possible. Simply browse our catalogue, view the product detail page and click on the buy button to add an item to your shopping cart. When you are ready click on checkout and enter your address details. If you use a credit card we accept £ GBP, EUROS, or $ DOLLARS

For your securitycredit/debit card transactions are processed for us by Worldpay. After adding your details in our checkout you will be transferred to the secure Worldpay server to enter your credit/debit card information and make your payment You will receive confirmation from Worldpay that your transaction was successful, then be sure to return to us to receive your email confirming that we have received your order.

Shipping and Handling :   Your print will be sent to you in a strongcardboard tube or box. Postal costs are additional to our prices and will be shown on the screen that follows your address details and before you are asked to pay.

Delivery.  Your order will normally be posted the dayafter we receive it. If there is going to be a delay we will contact you by email. Postal delivery times may vary according to your location but first class UK delivery should normally reach you the day after we post your print.

Guarantee.   we guarantee your satisfaction and will do all that we can to resolve any problems you may have. If you have any complaint about our products or service or, if you are unlucky enough to receive a product damaged in transit, please contact us right away. The sooner we know about your problem the faster we can help .All of the goods we sell carry the minimum warranty guaranteed by law. The law governing contracts with finescottishart.co.uk will be Scottish Law.Returns Policy. If goods are damaged in transit please advise us immediately on receipt. We will send you a replacement (or you may choose a refund) straight away. We may ask you to supply information about the damage (a photo helps us) which will be needed in any claim we may make against the carriers and we may also have to ask you to return the damaged package to us at our expense.

For any other reason,if you find our products unacceptable to you, then you may return themfull refund (but not postal costs) within thirty days Please advise us before returning goods so that we know to expect them and can help you with advice about packaging.
